Staff were so friendly and accommodating. They made our stay so easy and comfortable. Great location, right beside the tram which was a short journey into the city itself. Very sound proofed though so the sounds from the tram/train station didn't bother our sleep. Late check out available and accommodating. Specifically one staff member, Manon, helped us when we couldn't access our room during the late check out period.

I was surprised with the size of the room, quite large and confortable though basic as it was a Ibis Very good breakfast, plenty of choice, the croissants and fresh baked madeleines were awsome Nice view from the balcony to the Bordeaux Saint Jean train station quiet room, large and very confortable bed The staff werenice and helpful

Very handy situation but not the hotel we booked and paid for on 11/09/2022 wasn't until we were about week out that an email sent to us for our booking for payment at this hotel which was also auto paid what!!!! WE NEED A REFUND will be in contact after we get home late August many thanks graeme

The rooms that we had were interconnected, this ment that the four of us had our own space TV, bed and bathroom. The rooms were clean and the shower rooms were just what you needed. The air conditioning was not too noisy. Staff members very helpful storing our luggage on our arrival and departure.

location near the train station is perfect. The neighborhood on this side of the station is not bad. in fact, some nice terraces are next to the hotel. the hotel is clean and efficient. Also not a bad spot to start exploring the city.
